Esky 300 V2 Open TX setup is pretty straight forward. Multi Protocol has supported Esky's V2 protocol for about a year now, so if you haven't updated your Multi module's firmware lately, you may need to do that first.

The Esky 300 V2 is one of the best flying fixed pitch micros for wind handling and a great flying little helicopter. Paired to a good OpenTX computerized radio, it becomes even better.

Fine tune your cyclic and tail rotor response to make the 300 V2 indoor friendly and outdoor responsive at the flick of a switch. Eliminate deadband. Have a proper flight timer. This is all possible once you bind & setup your 300 V2 to an OpenTX radio system.

Great video as usual John..Off the subject just wondered if you have looked at Edgetx not for the touch screen that doesn't interest me, I was wondering if it offered any advantage for the Heli pilot.

Hi John, are you able to dial the rates high enough to get the 300v2 to pitch up vertical for a stall turn, or perform a loop? Both seem to be impossible with the bundled transmitter, although I'm not sure if its just the onboard controller preventing the 300v2 from tilting very far.
I watched your video on the 300 V2 and now this video. I’m planning on getting the 300 which will be my first radio controlled anything. Trying to keep it lower budget is there an upgraded radio you would recommend for that particular heli or should I get a TX16S like you have?
love my new 407 i got but it still has minor vibration in the near tail boom blades seemed very well tracked but still vibration on the tail any advice its the roban 407 700 scale

Well ,the Esky 300 fly now. I have creatie a new model,and all fine now!! Frist time i duplicate a heli..Seems not to work.I’m happy…for sure we have a great hobby,! Be safe and a great weekend !

Hi John,i have just fix the esky 300 bind at the tx16.Db are clean,i have do the same at ur video,but…no spin on the switch( Chanel 6)all try man..no idea what i have do wrong…i think setting ch 6.have U any idea.?? Kind of Greet Henk from the netherlands
