good to see that RC tanking is going on strong in sea , had my first RC tank Tiger 1/16 scale way back i think in the late 80s by tamiya it was 500 SGD back then!
Ya know, I know they all sell the same setup, maybe it was just my choice of models, but Taigen I've always been happy with. I bought a KV-2 from Torro though and just felt incredibly disappointed. It came in a crate, the cupola was smashed, some of the paint was chipped, there are holes all over the lower I assume for the KV-1's extra armor to fit in. There were holes in the fender by the jerry can rack left over from the storage box that was removed. The latch on the bottom is incredibly stiff and required some graphite to smooth it up enough to work. It was just such a downer for the 600+ dollar price tag
Very nice. My next tank will be Taigen. It is good to know why Taigen costs more, and it appears well worth it. Thanks for this review.

BTW , do you know that for the panther or any one of the taigens unpainted , you must turn it on once and fire up the recoil gun before painting, as part of the gun is hidden in the turret. I found that out after. sigh
Shame there is no aftermarket "normal mantlet".....
