Use the smoke oil for model trains. I would suggest something similar to this (https://www.piko-america.com/products/copy-of-interior-marker-light-work-caboose-g-scale). Any train smoke oil should do.
I have the same tank! And I loved it! Until the airsoft gun stopped working. Now I did some research about henglong and they are known for their tank airsoft guns to break. Oh and mine caught fire one day and well it's kind of ruined now. But have fun with it while it lasts
The tank smoker uses glycerin oil. Never use motor oil.
