The same sized Tank could hold an RC Fuel Pump and you could build a Flame Thrower with a tiny output so it squirts far and doesn't burn back."

I think the futuristic tank would look cool! (Also a great theme) futuristic Hunger games like warfare.
"Regardless of the ammunition loaded onto the turret(s), you need to have some ""automation"", even if only for the video effect. (should the automation process not actually result in a functional weapon). Imagine the coolness as you automatically select various weapons, change to various sighting scopes, strafe from a HUGE clip of tracers, and maybe even deploy various defensive shields. Check out ""Professor Gadget"". ""Go go gadget!""

Whatever you do, don't forget your expertise with RC flight. It would be a crime if the ""hero"" doesn't (at some point) deploy multi-rotor arms to win the boss-level. Not saying that the ""boss"" couldn't deploy balloons from it's turret as well.

I see the tank turret as the equivalent of Professor Gadget's hat! We keep seeing the results of the ever-morphing tank turrets in your videos. I think that the big challenge now is to show the turret morphing process. AUTOMATION!

Missile pack on the cam trey under a MiniTri ;) should work. For the tank and car, futuristic looks most correct to the style they were in now.

I think the turrets would look great if they hide the coloured labels on the fireworks, maybe mad max mesh covers around them.
"Wonder if you could use the mortar type of firework, the kind that shoots a detonating ball in to the sky but reduce the mortar load so it does not fly as far and hits the ground first. Or maybe drill holes in the side of the launch tube to reduce the distance.

Another option for turret changes would be to have them laying on the ground as findable upgrades, so the tank could find them and drive over them to gain the upgrade, perhaps add a little cheesy game upgrade sound to the video? :)

Welcome back David, the gear ring will take a standard gun turret and the missile packs one each side of turret, got an idea for you to try with a tricopter if your still flying them...have you tried smaller motor and smaller prop on rear tilt, this has come about due to not being able to put a 3508 motor on the RC explorer tilt..........keep up the good work
For the good guy I think you should do a futuristic turret because it's kind of futuristic anyways. Great tank! Can't wait for the video!
I think a British Cromwell RP-3 turret would be pretty cool
I think a turret like the Maus or the Ratte would look cool, or to make it easy, KV2. But you could really stuff the ratte turret with fireworks
Oh and about the car, reverse the positive and negative to the servos so it can have rear wheel steering allowing it to turn on a dime so that you can do a fixed turret instead of all the work to make a rotating turret

Maybe you need some extra ballast and something to increse the drag from the air so it will not fly to far. 20-30 meters arc would be a nice target. Eventually you could tie a rope to the projektil and the other end to the ground so you get a perfect arc, maybe you need to shoot downhill or straight up to get that to work :)"

Thinking it would be cool with a terminator inspired design on the Tank and the Car. Also, would you kindly do a video review of the Tank? Have considered it for myself earlier, but I was too worried about the quality of the gears inside the tank.
David you should make a massive 1/3 scale cardboard plane, if the materials are strong enough to do that.

With the cannon rotation, I'd put one motor that turns it on the one side and the 2nd on the opposite

I think the good guy should have a block-y missile turret with 4/5 of the missile packs and the bad guy should have a turret with a hundred shot on one side and the roman candles on the other. I am really excited for the video!

I think you should be creative and use mini Estes rocket engines and then you could design different explosions for different scenarios

For the bad guy, a katyusha' style design with a machine gun in addition can be a good beginning. For the machine gun, the size of this beast can allow the use of paintball launchers.
For the good one, the soviet double barrel with roquets lauchers tank from Command & Conquer. The double barrel can also use paintballs.
For both of them, the 0.43/0.50 calibers can be handy. The 0.68 can be a bit too big and the payload isn't infinite...
If I'm not wrong, there's also paintballs for airsoft but I haven't tried them.

Ancient:*Some kind of firework that throws  a bullets still burning on the ground for a while ¨C would be interesting (not quite Molotow Cocktail thrower :D ) ;
*Focused flame thrower directed forward (EDF fan afterburner you made some time ago).

Futuristic:
*Miniature Coil gun/ Rail gun loaded with nail and a large sparkler attached to it (¡®¡¯One SHOT At A Time¡¯¡¯);
*Powerful laser LED chip gun with external optics (find yourself on YT) and a sugar bomb thrower to have beam effects ¨C would be nice side view when it gets darker outside and of course an awesome blinding enemy¡¯s side camera view (use cheaper camera for this :D);*Sugar rocket engine directed forward;*Some Cheap end FLIR camera (as those for smartphones). Would be AWESOME to see the whole battlefield through it;
*Optical zoom feature when filming."
I fly a tricopter and play World of Tanks: If you have the turret close to the front of the tank, you can get more gun depression and more easily be able to shoot the other tank over ridgelines, but you can catch the gun (or roman candle) on more stuff. Or just make an Panzer II Luchs because they are super cute. One of the two...

The good guy tank should not have any turret and get around like a sneaky Swedish S Tank. The bad guy tank should have a massive turret with as many rocket tubes on as possible. You should also give the bad guy tank some rocket assisted movement to do wicked jumps and stuff.

As a swede with respect for himself, you should not have movable barrel. the base even looks a bit like a Stridsvagn 103.. :)

I think you should make the truck the good guy. You could even have a "backstory" with it. Two guys out for a day of fun and they get jumped by some crazies in a tank! The tank "destroys" their truck, So they run back to their garage, go all "A-Team" on the ruined 4x4 and emerge with a bad guy killing monster truck and take their revenge! You could even throw in some fake time lapse stuff using stop motion and some action figures to make it look like they are actually modding up the truck.

Why be soooo traditionalist. Go all Battle Bots with these. Flame thrower and chain saw on one and a Pickaxe and taser or the other. I wanna see stuff arcing and sparking. Then the object would be to set the other tanks explosives off using the flames and the arc's and sparks.
