I have to admit I'm tempted as hell to get this just for the convenience of being able to work with the gearbox without having to remove my tracks and drivewheels. How quiet is this gearbox? I've got an all metal Tiger with Mato brass gearbox and it sounds like I'm running heavy industrial machinery when running.
I didn't realize you were the Poster to this video. Nice job, turns great. My whole extra build started with the trims not being able to be set, from forward to reverse, and it wouldn't turn correctly to the right, left was much tighter a turn, more correct anyway. Taigen/Torro tanks did try, sent me new motors, no help, bought the upgraded bearing motors and gears, but screwed up and bought 1/3rd not 1/4 ratio and it was cruising around like a Sherman! Lol way too fast. Gonna try and recover some $$$ selling the 2.4ghz board/remote/gears, of course it won't be close to what I spent, but someone with a 27mhz or 47mhz fast attack tank could make his much better on the cheap.

ordered this $198 shipped, an IBU3 for $230 shipped, a Radiolink radio 10ch $100 shipped. Need all those to control this gearbox. a TARR smoker for the proportional smoke. got a free air speaker to try with new 20W soundboard, and extra lights for brake lights. all going into a metal torro king tiger
