The only thing similar that I experience myself is to switch to the RC in the exact moment someone strikes me with the orbital canon, I didn't die neither the RC was destroyed. (Pd: I was accused of modding jeje)

While I do appreciate being able to use RC to avoid orbs and cryhards alike, I do also miss when destroying RC gave you the kill to spite those who relied on them too much.
